SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 business days, usually sooner.

All parcels are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48, or delivered by hand where possible.

Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive tracking details so you can follow its journey home.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

If something isn’t right, email us at info@foundryarchives.com and we’ll guide you through the return.

Items must be returned in the same condition they arrived, unworn, unwashed, with any original packaging included.

Return shipping is free, please just reach out to us to receive a returns label.

If you instead return it yourself, we strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items that don’t make it back to us.

Once your return arrives and is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few days.
