Some pieces just feel right the moment you pick them up.

A mid-weight vintage knit with a structured collar, four-button placket, and a run of clean horizontal stripes that sit perfectly between understated and characterful. The palette is unfussy: soft grey, deep navy, and a muted charcoal that ties everything together. It’s the sort of colour combination that looks intentional without being loud.

This piece was sourced for its balance.
Most striped knits from this era lean either too bold or too washed-out, but this one sits in that rare middle ground where the pattern almost reads as texture. The navy shoulder panel adds structure, the buttons give it shape, and the lower half drapes with that relaxed, slightly broken-in feel only time can create.

There’s a quiet versatility to it.
Layer it over a tee, under a coat, or wear it on its own with denim, it holds its shape and always lands in that “effortless, but not accidental” space. It’s the type of knit that becomes someone’s favourite without them planning for it.
